The business wants better management information
Business managers and their controllers still see substantial improvement potential in the quality of their management information. The ball for this improvement is in the court of Finance. But how to define quality of management information? And how to improve this? Teams from five Dutch companies – business controllers and their partners in the management teams – have addressed these questions in a research conducted by CFO Partners. All participants work at business unit level and are therefore directly responsible for the content, reporting and the use of their own management information. What are the results of this research?
